In order to  scout for talents, our human resources center places ads on multiple job hunting media, lists clear job vacancy and responsibility and receives job hunters resumes via special email. At the same time, we will respond as soon as possible after detailed screening. Notify the potential candidates to take written tests and interviews, and then qualified ones need to go through the whole process of new hire recruit. The unqualified ones will be notified accordingly with thank-you letters.

Performance evaluation system of S-I is in conformity with the principles of impartiality ,fairness and openness, also based on effective communication. Then the true and accurate assessment results can be guaranteed. Training is usually divided into the several parts: the new hire training (on a quarterly basis for new staff), regular office training (all training courses), intensive training (training camp), technical training, sales training from time to time (lectures on various topics), management training, English training, etc.

In order to improve staff’s life quality, build up friendship with counterparties and team work effectiveness as well as enhance cooperation within departments. S-I specially set up the staff welfare committee in an effort to handle related welfare for staff.  It sets down some bills and rules with company on behalf of staff.
 The staff welfare committee was composed of the commissaries elected democratically for the purpose of protecting rights of the whole staff.
 

The committee is responsible for planning and organizing manifold theme activities, like  recreation and sports entertainment, healthy club, discount shopping, annual travel, sports meeting, annual party, special memorial day and relief funds for staff etc. All the activities are meant to liven company atmosphere up and boost up teams cohesion.
